Important Note for Returns & Size Exchange

Shipping charges for returns or size exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For size exchanges, customers are requested to ensure correct size selection while placing the order.

Returns & Exchanges

• Customers can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Shipping Charges for Returns & Exchanges

• Shipping charges for returns or size exchanges will be borne by the customer.

• If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Pravashi Shoes will cover the shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Used or damaged products

• Products without original packaging

• Clearance or final sale items

Size Exchange

• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Customers are requested to select the correct size while placing the order.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos for quick assistance.
